Cowboys take first lead
Posted by on November 18, 2012 – 8:46 pmARLINGTON, Texas — Wide receiver Dez Bryant’s 28-yard touchdown reception gave the Dallas Cowboys their first lead of the day over the Cleveland Browns, at 17-13, with 6:46 remaining in regulation from Cowboys Stadium.
Down by three points when the Cowboys took possession of the football at the 11:57 mark of the fourth quarter, quarterback Tony Romo engineered a nine-play, 58-yard drive that took 5:11 off the clock.
The Cowboys had trailed the Browns since late in the first quarter, when Brandon Weeden threw a 10-yard touchdown to tight end Benjamin Watson.
